hey nuun - why do I get two emails after my order is placed, my inbox is already a mess
i know, i know…we aren't sending you multiple orders or even billing you multiple times! we just want to keep you in the loop, so that first email you got saying order processed was an order confirmation…just making sure everything looks dandy. the second email stating your order is complete means your order has been picked up by UPS and is on the way to you, if you need a tracking number just email us at orders@nuun.com
what is the cutoff time for express deliveries?
if you place your order before noon west coast time then you'll be getting your order to you in however many business days you've selected for shipping. all orders placed over the weekend will go out on monday afternoon.
UPS won’t deliver to my APO/FPO address…what should I do?
no problem! we will get your order together and send it out with the good, old united states postal service! send us a quick email at orders@nuun.com or leave us a message in the customer notes section of your order and we will make it happen!
i spend my winters in the swiss alps and my summers in monaco…does nuun ship outside of the united states?
sadly we do not ship orders outside the united states, but(!) there are a number of countries around the world where you can find nuun. let us know where you live and we will hook you up…because we would hate for something as silly as an ocean to stand between you and delicious electrolytes! and if you don’t mind paying international shipping you can also go through some of our U.S. friends such as feed the machine.com, REI.com, backcountry.com, or a little seattle shop called amazon.com to get your fix.
wait, I have all my nuun tubes in a basket…now where do I enter this promotional code?
you will enter your promo code in the "your cart" section of the checkout sequence. you should see your discount applied to your subtotals. certain codes and promotions can not be combined, so we will give you the larger of the two discounts you are entitled to. you will be alerted, by a scary red X, if your code is no longer valid or expired...sadly not all good things in life can last forever. if you are feeling concerned or duped because your code is not working, shoot us an email at orders@nuun.com we'll get you sorted out.
