I found running 10 years ago in my mid 20s and it has changed my life! I find great joy in the process of training for races and immense pleasure in every run. I love to live an active life- focusing on healthy eating and working out. My greatest love is running, but I also enjoy hiking in the mountains and spend many weekend summers backpacking. I also have a great passion for creating healthy, tasty plant based meals to fuel my workouts.
