sport: Running

I am French Canadian and I have been living in California for the last 13 years. My job is to raise my 2 sons to be good men. In 2010 I started running at age 41 and changed my lifestyle. I lost over 70 lbs that I kept off. My first race was a 5K for a friend who was fighting breast cancer. I haven't stopped running or racing since that day. I started a blog to document my journey and share it with my kids when they are older. My favorite distance is the half marathon.

accomplishments:

I have ran 27 half marathons and several other races. I am not fast but I finish and never give up. I keep running despite have significant GI problems at almost every single races I participate in. I have ran 2 relays: Hood to Coast and Ragnar LV on team NUUN. One of my biggest accomplishment as a runner is that I have pass the love of running and racing on to my young sons and also some friends who faced their fears in 2014 and stepped on the starting line for the first time.
